I just made these for the first time today and they were a hit (at least I liked them ) 4 Eggs hard boiled 1lb Sausage ( I recommend turkey, but I know people prefer pork ) bread crumbs Plain or Italian Flour 1 egg, beaten. After peeling the eggs, dip them in flour and coat the whole egg with sausage. Put this concoction in the egg wash and finish it off by coating in bread crumbs. Chill for 1 hour. Put the eggs in the oven for 30 minutes at 400°F. Serve and eat with a bit of mustard for dipping. The Scotch eggs keep well and are good cold for later enjoyment.
